1.This server is for ages 18 and up. No exceptions.
2.No isms! Racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, hate speech including misogyny, or any targeted, abusive words will result in a permanent ban. This applies to role-play scenarios as well as Discord server community interactions.
3.No harassment! Leave your personal grudges out of our fantasy. Personal insults and/or verbal attacks outside of specific role-play situations are prohibited. No baiting, cruelty or provocation based on personal feelings will be tolerated. Be kind!
4.Using glitches, exploits, hacks, or bugs for personal gain will lead to appropriate action, up to and including a permanent ban. If you find a glitch or exploit or suspect a player of hacking/exploiting, please open a ticket.
5.Suicide role-play, self-harm roleplay, and ERP is not allowed and could lead to a permanent ban. Be mindful that you don't know what trauma other players have survived in their real lives, and playing cowboys here should be fun and entertaining for all.
6.If you become embroiled in a disagreement or witness an in-game rule-break, role-play through it to the best of your ability. Once the scene is complete, please open a ticket to report the issue. Zero Tolerance violations are considered urgent and you are not obligated to stay in the scene — please open a ticket immediately.
7.Role-players of all abilities are welcome here. We're happy to provide coaching and feedback. However, players who choose to engage in detrimental in-character behavior and low-quality role-play in spite of coaching opportunities will face disciplinary action, up to and including a temporary or permanent ban depending on attitude.
8.Usernames, character names, and profile content (including all connected accounts) must follow community standards. This means no slurs, impersonation, offensive references, sexual content, or troll material. We reserve the right to ask you to modify or remove content. Refusal to comply may result in a temporary or permanent ban.
The year is 1885. We play in an alternate universe where:
Slavery never existed and Black people arrive on our shores by choice.
There was no Indigenous genocide, and Wapiti and its holdings are sovereign. The rest of us are here by treaty.
Women and other genders have always had equal rights to men.
Freedom of religion is a sacred right. If you want to role-play religious friction with another player, please open a ticket to speak to staff first.
1.Characters must be age 18 or older.
2.Character names must fit the time period. Names of famous historical or modern figures are forbidden.
3.Do not create Black, Indigenous, Romani or Jewish characters if you aren't Black, Indigenous, Romani or Jewish.
4.Do not create mute characters or characters with noticeable vocal impediments unless you cope with those issues IRL. This does not include temporary loss of voice from a character's illness or injury (which may be a result of a player's real life illness or audio technical issues). If you have any questions, please open a ticket.
5.Please avoid using the same name as another active player.
6.You must be in character on the server at all times, aside from a couple of exceptions (in a private setting with friends, or meeting with a staff person OOC in-game to resolve an issue):
If you are in a private setting, you may ask to "speak spiritually". Do not break character without permission from all within earshot, or in public settings where you might be overheard. Utilize the "whisper" voice setting to maintain privacy.
If you need help with game mechanics, most people will be glad to step aside with you and help you out.
1.Abide by the Discord TOS: discord.com/terms.
2.Be kind to staff and to each other in Discord and in Tickets.
3.Your Discord server profile name should include your character's first name or nickname. If you have too many characters to fit, you can list as many as do and add "and others". Server nicknames must not use special characters or fonts, so staff can easily find you to ping you for tickets or other needs.
4.Don't DM staff about rules or game issues; instead, open a ticket. Advice from staff in DMs should be considered their personal opinion and not official, if later questioned.
5.No NSFW content (Not Safe For Work).
6.Players may disagree with staff, but must always communicate respectfully and adhere to decisions.
1.Role-playing racism, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and misogyny is off limits. Such role-play can trigger a traumatic response in players who have had traumatic experiences. If you want to create a story arc that involves sharing a traumatic backstory, please obtain OOC consent first. We strongly advise you to open a ticket so that we have a record of consent with boundaries specifically stated. This rule is not meant to stifle organic role-playing, but to protect people who end up marginalized when no boundaries are in place.
2.Sharing knowledge, items or money between your own characters for any reason is prohibited.
3.Modifying graphics, models, or any other form of cheating to gain an advantage over other players in combat is not allowed. Using reshade to make your game look nice is fine, but anything that gives you an advantage over others like removing all grass, removing nighttime, or similar modifications, is not allowed.
1.We are an English-speaking server; you must be able to speak English to play here.
2.Saying words/phrases in a different language for RP effect is acceptable, but if someone asks you what you were saying, please repeat the word/phrase in English.
3.To use a voice changer, you must make a ticket and pass a voice interview using the changer you want.
4.Our primary method of communication is voice. If you want to play someone without a voice, please make a ticket to obtain approval and access to RP supplements in-game.
5.Non-speaking players who wish to engage in hostile roleplay must have someone with them who can verbally initiate a conflict to ensure that other players take the scenario seriously. Working in a team will ensure non-speaking players have enough time to present hostile intent with /me and emotes to show rising tension without having to worry about the person they want to talk to wandering off while they're typing. Obviously this doesn't apply if hostility is initiated by someone else.
1.When a player is wearing a face covering, you are not allowed to identify them using their voice alone.
2.The mask must be removed to reveal their face for voice identification to be valid.
3.Players can be identified by unique features like buckles, guns, clothes, or other distinct items. Voice alone cannot identify a masked player, since someone may use the same voice for other characters.
4.Always respect a player's identity claims, even if you have suspicions otherwise.
5.If your character wears a mask that is a significant part of their identity, the characters around them will be allowed to identify them based on familiarity.
Multiple Characters Consideration
Keep in mind that not all players can change their voice. Players may want to roleplay multiple characters using the same voice. Respect their choice to portray different characters even if the voice sounds familiar.
1.Please use our Discord Bug Reports section to report game-related issues.
2.Please open a ticket to inform staff of any player rulebreaks, even things that don't seem that bad. If 10 people don't make reports because they didn't get a clip, or the infraction doesn't seem bad in isolation, then we have no idea that we might have a potential problem.
3.Upon review of tickets, staff will take all sides and intersections into consideration and will give weight to the effect an issue has on future roleplay and sense of safety for marginalized players. All conclusions are at the staff's discretion.
4.If you need to leave a scene early for any reason, inform the other players in the scene by tagging them in the roleplay chat channel on our Discord or create a ticket to inform staff after leaving. This includes your game crashing, or for any IRL reason that isn't life or death, especially if you're in a scene with players you aren't familiar with.
5.Don't stop a roleplay scene to make a ticket, if you can help it. Try to resolve the situation in character. Please submit a ticket to staff afterwards if a rule has been broken, especially a Zero Tolerance rule break, even if you don't have proof.
6.You can open a ticket on our Discord in the Player Resources section.
1.For the sake of RP, try not to carry weapons beyond what would be reasonable.
2.Carrying up to 2 long arms, 2 side arms, and a lasso is considered normal.
3.For the sake of RP, it makes sense to equip weapons from your pocket (aside from when just waking up) from near storage, a horse, or a wagon.
4.If a thief takes weapons, thus putting them over the carry limit, they are expected to seek a drop point for the items stolen as soon as possible, or disperse the weapons amongst their crew to fix carry limit breaks.
5.In general, all gun types are legal, including prototype semi-automatic guns.
6.Any laws about specific gun types will be added to Olympia's Penal Code.
Harassment
No harassing other players; sexual or otherwise. Anything that leads to repeated aggressive pressure or borders on intimidation on an OOC level is against the server rules. Hostile RP conflicts or IC consequences to your characters' decisions do not constitute harassment. If you feel targeted, please open a ticket so staff can help advise or mediate.
If a ticket is shown to have been opened with malicious intent towards another party and no rule breaks are found, appropriate action will be taken.
RP Bleed
RP Bleed is defined as taking issues, disagreements, or problems from inside RP to our real life interactions, or IRL conflict into RP without an RP justification for it. Remember, your character doesn't know everything that you do.
We're not here to police your personal relationships. We will remove anyone who demonstrates that they don't intend to participate with our goals to create a healthy, safe community.
While we are committed to creating a safe space to play cowboys, we are not interested in mediating personal disagreements between players. Do not let IC interactions impact OOC relationships and vice versa. It's OK to not like everyone, but don't pollute your character developing their own opinions.
Fail RP
FailRP is defined as doing something unrealistic or rule-breaking. Examples include but are not limited to:
Weapon lethality: all weapon interactions (shooting, stabbing, throwing, etc.) have consequences and must be handled in character as if they are real.
Shooting limbs off a downed player.
Killing NPCs without reason or engagement to justify retaliation.
Shit talking downed bodies excessively. Arguments are over when one person is downed.
Using a friend or gang member as a hostage.
Metagaming
Metagaming is defined as using information in the game that you have not learned by playing that character, for the benefit of yourself, your character, or others in your group.
1.Only use information that your character has learned while playing on the server.
2.You may have streams up while playing, but they must be muted during interactions with other players. Never use any information gained from watching a stream.
3.Discord messages may be used to "slip something in your pocket" during RP. Ask permission in character first. Information passed this way may be used by your character only if it is "in character" information.
4.When engaged in an ongoing conflict between two parties, if you have characters on both sides, you must choose which side to RP on until the conflict is resolved.
5.Item names and descriptions are out-of-character information unless explicitly stated as visible in-game.
ExampleYou pick up a letter. Description: "Letter from Cletus to Ian." You can describe its appearance, but not its ownership. Your character cannot know who it's from or to unless it's written inside.
Exploiting
The use of in-game exploits to gain advantages over other players is strictly prohibited. Exploiting bugs or any other cheat will result in you being banned. Not reporting an exploit could also be grounds for a ban if you or others you know are using it for advantage. If you find a bug, bring it to staff attention immediately in the Bugs section of our Discord.
Powergaming
Powergaming is defined as the act of always having to win through any means or at any cost. Examples include but are not limited to:
Putting a camp storage or chest right next to where you are mining or farming and "teleporting" goods by moving your camp and skipping the use of a wagon.
Dismissing your cart or horse to keep its inventory from getting robbed.
Whistling for your horse that someone stole from you to bring it back.
Robbing or shooting someone in any kind of menu.
When using handcuffs, the person you are handcuffing must be aware that they are going to be cuffed. Instantly handcuffing someone without roleplay or proper buildup may also be seen as RDM or Low-Tier Initiation.
Getting on a horse while handcuffed and riding off.
Being AFK in an open area or on an interactable object. If you need to leave to do something OOC, log out, or find a secure hiding spot and return as soon as possible.
Tackling/pushing/roping a player who has a gun pointed at you. You would realistically be shot in the head!
Committing a crime and using a boat teleport/hideout teleport/any teleport within 30 minutes of said crime.
Fake deaths must be approved by the admin team through a ticket.
Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Definition: Any hostile action against a player or NPC without prior roleplay or verbal interaction. NPCs are treated the same as players. Harming them without RP carries equal consequences.
Examples of RDMRandomly roping, stabbing, hitting, or shooting players/NPCs. Planning to kill or attack on sight without RP. "Low-tier initiation" (using weapons without meaningful dialogue).
NOT RDMRobberies or threats with clear demands (e.g., "Hands up or else"). Using weapons to intimidate without firing. Conflict that escalates naturally through RP. Self-defense after a threat or attack.
Best PracticesAlways create a scene and use vocal roleplay before violence. Give others a chance to respond or prepare. Use signals of intent (hand on holster, /me, verbal threats, moving into cover).
Gunplay Rule: Guns should not be the first solution to a conflict. Prioritize meaningful RP and storytelling before resorting to violence. Attempt to stay immersed and maintain RP, even if others break rules.
General Hostility Rules
1.Criminals/groups are expected to ride around with no more than 6 people when doing any criminal activity.
2.Players involved in an ambush can total no more than 6 players, including people being ambushed.
3.Criminal organizations may ride around or gather in groups with more than 6 people if they are not hostile and not seeking criminal activity.
4.Ranches may defend against hostility with up to 12 people.
5.Special events will either take place during Declared Peace, or might be allowed to hire additional protection depending on circumstances. Please open a ticket to make any special arrangements.
6.Do NOT rob or take hostage any player(s) that are just spawning in. Allow them ample time to "wake up", and commence RP once they've indicated they're fully present. Allow them to equip their items and walk about as their character before engaging in hostile RP with them. Conversely, if someone is obviously about to log out or indicates in any way that they must "take a nap" or "go to sleep", don't rob or take them hostage.
7.Sheriffs, Lawmen, and Marshals may respond to calls within town limits with a number of players up to the scene limits.
8.When serving a warrant and attempting to arrest a suspect at a hideout or known gang residence, law can ride with up to 12 law members, if approved by staff in a ticket.
9.Locals are not considered a valid hostage for negotiations.
10.You cannot hold someone hostage for longer than 20 minutes before starting the robbery you have planned.
11.If you engage a group of players in hostile RP, expect that the entire group could retaliate if it makes sense for the scene. Retaliation does not have to be immediate, but should take place in a reasonable amount of time.
12.In hostage situations, leaving the sight of your victim for 5 minutes means the scene is considered over. A new scene must be roleplayed before they can be taken hostage again.
13.For any criminal activity, only 1 Lawman may be subjected to becoming a hostage.
14.Do not get involved in any scripted robbery if you are not a part of the active law or criminal group involved.
15.Criminals must not wear completely black clothing with no identifiable features while committing crimes. All criminals must have at least two clearly distinguishable features (buckle, bandana, distinct clothing, firearm, horse, or saddle) that a victim could describe. Failure to comply constitutes powergaming.
16.After a crime has been committed, a criminal can change their clothes once within the following hour.
17.If in an active scene before restart, plan to log back in to continue the scene or notify the other players or open a ticket if you cannot.

In Character Consequences
1.Remand can hold you in jail for multiple days at a time, but requires criminal activity at a serious level. Remand should only be applied for sedition or capital murder charges or other extreme cases as approved by a Judge.
2.A judge can pursue a life sentence in prison in a case if significant RP has taken place to warrant it, after Staff approval. Because life in prison is a serious RP choice, a discussion is required to ensure everyone has the best RP experience.
Ropes & Bindings
1.Do not restrain a player without proper RP initiation and expressed intent for the scene to advance to the use of restraints.
2.Once hogtied, players should not break out of the ropes while in an active scene with their captor(s), while being carried, or when on the back of a horse.
3.You may break free from a hogtie if it's loosened in RP or your captors leave you for 5 minutes alone and unattended.
Player Robberies
1.You cannot rob and kill. Pick one or the other! This includes robbing that player's horse or wagons.
2.If a player fails to Value Their Life during criminal activity because of robbery rules, their protection against being shot/killed may be revoked. Staff will discern through tickets after the fact.
3.The goal of robberies should be to create a story for all involved, not just for the sake of robbing.
4.You can only take half of each item stack in someone's inventory. Single items can be taken.
5.You must abide by the "Cowboys Honor One" rule — you must leave at least one firearm so the victim can protect themselves from the wilds.
6.Do not rob new starting players of their starter money. If you were robbed of your starting cash, open a ticket.
7.You must demonstrate a clear hostile intent to rob an individual and give them a chance to react.
8.During a robbery, each character being robbed may only be searched by ONE individual within the Criminal Group. This prevents taking more than half a stack or double-robbing a victim.
9.Backpacks and handbags can be taken, including everything inside.
10.Do not take property, doctor, train, or law keys. You cannot take custom items (e.g., custom recipe books).
11.Players may conceal carry M1899s, Parabellum Pistols, Double Action Revolvers, or a Snub-nosed Schofield without the need for a gun belt. Players may conceal carry any single revolver in the Left Handed Holster Position only, while also wearing a long "trench coat" style coat.
Wagon & Horse Saddlebag Robberies
1.You must RP with the person driving the wagon/riding the horse to rob it. Don't just rob wagons/saddlebags sitting around without providing RP.
2.Wagons/Horses have no stack limits for robberies. Robbing the wagon means you forgo the robbery of the rider or passengers.
3.Wagons/Horses can be stolen and ridden away, creating a chase with the owner. In a chase, when the wagon owner, law, or vigilantes catch up, they must demand the wagon to stop. If the wagon refuses to stop, gunplay is now live.
Train Robberies
1.Train drivers are obliged to stop the train if a wagon or ambush is placed clearly on the track.
2.Passengers must remain in the train cars and stay out of the conflict.
3.The Security Team employed by the train company should be the group protecting the train but can pull from passengers to make a full 6 man if needed.
Group Robbery Limits
You (or your gang) can commit a "Bank Robbery" or "Doctor's Office Robbery" 7 times a week, 1 per day.
You (or your gang) can commit a "Fort Robbery" or "Dockside Robbery" 7 times a week, 1 per day.
You (or your gang) can commit a "Store Robbery" 2 times per day, with a 2-hour cooldown.
You (or your gang) can rob a house multiple times per day, with a 30-minute cooldown.
You (or your gang) can rob a player, with a 1-hour cooldown.
Corruption
1.DOJ may not be corrupt.
2.If you do go the route of corruption, you must be willing to face the consequences of your actions.
3.You must abide by all robbery rules, and may not craft supplies to sell or benefit your crew.
1.Criminals raiding other hideouts should do so after there has been significant RP leading to a raid. You should know who you're raiding and have a purpose — stake them out, look for patterns, build tension. Don't just hit them to hit them.
2.Law also needs to put significant RP into it. Investigative RP and stakeouts should happen before raiding.
3.Law groups and bounty hunters are not prohibited from owning a hideout, so just blindly knocking is also a bad idea in general.
4.Criminals raiding hideouts should limit them to 1 raid every week. There is no limit on quantity Law can raid; their limit is the RP required mentioned above.
5.Abusing the raid system for just robbing other groups without significant RP will result in the loss of your hideout without reimbursement.
6.Do not start raids for 30 minutes before a restart or 15 minutes after one.
7.Non-whitelisted gangs and groups can own 1 hideout. Whitelisted gangs can have two and can pick the location of their second by making a ticket.
NVL or "No Value for Life" and Fear RP are defined as showing fear for your life in threatening situations. Treat your character's life as if they only have one. Your character would not be fearless because you can "respawn".
1.Value your life and the lives of those your character would value (Law with innocents/hostages, your friends and acquaintances, etc).
2.In 1v1 and 1v2 situations, the victim is allowed to defend themselves reasonably if they see an opening — meaning the gun is lowered or pointed away. If a gun is held to you, there is no opening for you to draw. Record your gameplay!
3.This does not allow firing without verbal interaction and an initial compliance and acknowledgement of the scene.
4.Victims must wait 10 minutes after a scene ends before seeking interaction or revenge of any sort on their aggressors. Constant back and forth griefing will be considered harassment.
1.Players are prohibited from dumping bodies; the only exception to moving a body is moving it to a doctor's office or somewhere to be revived.
2.You cannot camp a body waiting for a doctor to show up.
3.Body Camping is the act of staying near a body to keep them forcefully locked in a scene and unable to call a doctor or revive after their timer is up.
4.Once you're out of sight of the body from the downed player's perspective, or farther than yelling distance away, they have the right to respawn or call a doctor. Do not leave and come back.
1.You must get consent from the party you plan to torture and cause permanent physical harm to. Please get consent using /do. If you torture someone this way, you are automatically consenting to be tortured in the future by that same person — not everyone.
2.Psychological torture and temporary harm (i.e., beatings) are not included in this rule.
3.The person being tortured gets to pick their wounds.
Example/do Clarence holds his knife to Jim's eye, clearly wanting to cut it out, just waiting for the right moment. — Clarence would need to wait for a sign from Jim to move forward. Without a /do in return, torture cannot proceed.
1.If you have to take a local doctor (respawning/pressing E), then your memory of the situations that led to the events of your demise is wiped.
2.If a player brings you to an NPC nurse, or a player doctor revives you, then nothing is forgotten unless you choose to forget.
3.Someone at the scene where you were knocked unconscious can refresh your memory of what happened, as long as they were never unconscious themselves.
4.Do not take a local doctor (pressing E) if there are people right around you or roleplay is still ongoing at the scene you are in.
1.Logging off in the middle of any scene is not allowed.
2.If a scene is making you uncomfortable or is breaking a zero-tolerance rule, make a ticket straight away without breaking RP and talk with us ASAP.
3.Players must stay logged in for at least 15 minutes after participating in any conflict/crime RP. If you log out before, it will count as a combat log.
Alternate Characters are extra characters a player can make to experience new stories and different aspects of the world. Characters should be unique from one another and are not allowed to be a direct relative of another character you already play.
1.You cannot play as a Lawman, then log off and switch to your criminal without waiting 1 hour before committing a crime.
2.You cannot play a Criminal, then log off and switch to a law character without waiting 1 hour after a crime.
3.You may switch freely without waiting if you have not committed or assisted in any crime.
4.If you are logging off to play a Civilian character, the cooldown does not apply.
5.Players with characters within the Marshals' office or who hold the position of Sheriff are not allowed to have an alternate character within any gang.
6.Alternate law/criminal characters cannot be in high command of either organization unless approved by Staff.
7.Alternate law/criminal characters should not make the same region their home base or main area.
8.Players cannot actively play a direct relative of another character that they play.
9.Do not make alternate or additional characters to further the RP or storyline of your other characters. Allow storylines to happen organically and gradually.
Injuries & Alerts
1.You are expected to RP your injuries and wounds realistically.
2.If an injury is obtained from conflict, you must sit out of any further Hostile RP for 2 hours to allow your character to recover.
3.Use of alerts (e.g., /alertdoctor) to call docs, private practice, or law to an active scene is strictly prohibited. Do not use any alert commands while a scene is still active.
4.After using a medical alert and seeing "A Doctor is on the Way", give a doctor 15 minutes to try and get to you before respawning. After 15 minutes, you must take the light instead.
5.Do not talk using your microphone while down. Respond and give doctors clues using text via "/me large cut on arm". You can make noises and sounds consistent with your wounds at any time as long as kept realistic.
6.Use /do to communicate with doctors. If you cannot see the /do commands, use the T Chatbox, or have the doctor stabilize you and continue medical RP through voice.
7.Typing "no pulse" or "dead" means you are permanently killing off your character. Doctors can attempt to restart your heart only once. You must delete your character when you do this, or we will do it for you.
8.You are not allowed to lie about the treatment you received from a doctor when being inspected by other doctors.
9.Contracting a disease like TB or Pneumonia that would result in death in 1903 will result in the permanent death of your character within a timeframe of your choosing. (These diseases require Staff Approval.)
10.Players that are down for a period exceeding 30 minutes within an active scene where doctors or other medical practitioners are on scene and not reviving you are allowed to revive. All usual NLR rules still apply.
Injury Guidelines — Time / Day Converter
1 Day IC = 60 Minutes IRL  |  1 Week IC = 7 hrs IRL
Private Practice Doctors
All distribution of revive medication and smelling salts must be documented in the proper channels. There are no private sales of these meds, and none are given for free. Any violation will result in OOC and IC consequences.
Outlaw Doctors
1.Outlaw doctors can rob from a player they provide treatment to, are in a medical scene with, or revive. This is allowed even within the robbing cooldown by an outlaw doctor only. All other standard robbery rules still apply.
2.You cannot call a third-party outlaw doctor to have someone robbed that you or your gang have killed.
3.If a patient refuses to pay or fails to value their life, the Outlaw Doctor is allowed to terminate the scene how they see fit.
4.Private Practices and the CMO are not Outlaw Doctors and are prohibited from acting as such.
5.Should the patient be knocked unconscious after the Outlaw Doctor has revived them once already, the scene has concluded. No repeat revives are allowed.
Every aspect of pregnancy and family RP needs to be clearly agreed upon by both parents involved and consented to before any RP involving Pregnancy happens.
1.Pregnancy has a minimum duration of 1.5 Months. Do not roleplay pregnancy loss.
2.After 1.5 Months of Pregnancy RP, the child cannot be played by another player until an additional 3-month period has passed to reflect the child becoming 18. These 4.5 months total are referred to as a Complete Cycle of Pregnancy RP.
3.The Cycle of Pregnancy RP is divided into four parts: First trimester (unrestricted), Second trimester (unable to do crime), Third trimester (cease most activities), and the fourth part (raising the baby).
4.After a Complete Cycle of Pregnancy RP, the player must wait an additional 2-week period before a new cycle may commence.
5.Due to the overarching chance of death during childbirth for multiple children at once, you may only have up to twins at any given time.
6.Parents can never play as their own children, unless both parents have died.
7.Upon the child becoming playable, the parents (and any elder children in the immediate family) agree to age themselves up to reflect the age of the child.
8.If you have your baby or child with you in character, no crimes should be committed by you, and no conflicts should be engaged with. This is considered NVL.
9.Pregnancy is not a shield; you can still be shot/knocked unconscious, but the child cannot be targeted or lost as a result.
10.A woman with a baby can be robbed, but harming the child in any way is a permanent server ban. Child murder/torture, or even threats of such, are never allowed.
1.Make your gang known to the staff if you want gang privileges via a ticket. Non-whitelisted gangs are limited to a maximum of 12 people.
2.Gangs can have more than 12 members if whitelisted.
3.Gangs can defend their home base with any number up to a maximum of 12; any reservists must remain non-combatants.
4.12 v 12 is allowed only when a ticket with staff is made and approved with both party leaders (law vs gang or gang vs gang).
Law & Politics
In all regions, characters cannot hold both a position in law/army and a government position. If elected or appointed, the character is required to resign. A region is defined as the USA, Mexico, and Guarma.
Sisika Roleplay
1.Do not break into Sisika to sell goods, perform jobs, or engage in similar activities. This is a maximum-security institution and unannounced visitors will be treated as a serious security threat — this will be considered an NVL rulebreak.
2.Attacking Guards or Lawmen within Sisika without justification (such as self-defense or a valid roleplay scenario) will also be considered an NVL rulebreak.
Smuggling
1.Smuggling only happens at night, into the secret Dead Drop location.
2.Only items and item parts can be smuggled into prison; no weapons or firearms.
3.Prisoner Chests and storage that are not Warden-controlled will be searched at any time. Chests and Storage hidden around Sisika will be destroyed, no questions asked.
Prison Breaks
1.Prison breaks remain only approved via ticket.
2.Only a maximum of 2 prisoners can break out at a time.
3.Breakouts must be backed by at least 3 weeks of prep and planning that will be reviewed for story validity by Staff.
4.When breaking someone from prison or a transport, your group should not exceed the limit of 6, including those you are breaking free.
5.Sisika prison break attempts with larger groups must be approved by Admin.
Businesses & Homes
1.Staff reserves the right to remove your business due to inactivity for a period of 30 days. Make a ticket if you are on an extended trip.
2.Employees and Criminals cannot steal from business storage or ledgers (includes law and doctor offices).
3.Before selling a business IC, you are REQUIRED to make a ticket with the proper paperwork. Not complying will result in the removal of the business.
4.Players are limited to One Business per player. You may not own multiple businesses and have managers run them. This also includes pop-up shops. Owners cannot own a whitelisted business and a pop-up shop at the same time.
5.Pop-up shops cannot be privately sold. New owners will need to go through the government process to obtain a new pop-up shop token.
6.Multiple businesses may be owned by a family or a group (limited to two per type), each with its own unique owners per business.
7.Businesses cannot be added to wills.
8.Players are limited to One Home per Player. Alternate characters can live within homes, but players cannot own more than one home.
Multi Job Rules
1.You cannot have two jobs that earn a government paycheck.
2.Do not complete your own supply chains — e.g., blacksmiths should go to a carpenter for supplies instead of using multijob to craft both carpenter and blacksmith items.
3.Players are not allowed to have more than one character in the same line of work.
To keep IC pinboards immersive and consistent with the setting, all artwork must follow these rules:
1.Time PeriodMust fit pre-1940s styles and themes. No modern elements, digital artifacts, or anachronisms. Photos must be taken in-game or edited to look aged (e.g., sepia, grain). No crisp HD images.
2.Allowed StylesEarly Lithographic Prints, Art Nouveau, Early Modernism & Propaganda, Art Deco, Bauhaus, Constructivism.
3.QualityAI art allowed but must be refined to remove errors. Fix text issues, rendering flaws, or immersion-breaking styles. Character depictions must look era-appropriate — no anime, hyper-realism, or overly cartoonish styles.
4.TextMust be clear, logical, and use period-appropriate fonts and phrasing.
5.ContentNo explicit or overly sexual imagery. Must follow server-wide rules.
6.Poster LimitNo business may be advertised more than 3 times on the same pinboard.
The Art Team reviews reported works for compliance. Low-effort, flawed, or immersion-breaking works will be rejected. The Art Team reserves the right to remove posters they feel do not fit the image of Olympia RP, even if they otherwise follow the above rules.
1.Tailors must ensure outfits are period-appropriate, non-offensive, and immersion-friendly. Nudist, sexually explicit, or inappropriate clothing is banned from distribution. Violations may lead to loss of script access or privileges.
2.Niche Clothing Items like belly dancer attire or unusual pieces are restricted to characters with relevant historical/roleplay context and require staff approval. Misuse is punishable.
3.Native Tailors may only make native clothing through the mannequins.
4.Restricted ItemsBlack KKK hoods, nudist/inappropriate attire, and extreme immersion-breaking items are prohibited. Other restricted pieces require staff approval via a ticket.
5.Script is job-locked to tailors; higher ranks may access niche items with approval. It supplements, not replaces, the existing crafting system for small items.
6.Mid-scene outfit changes need IC justification. Excessive use without context is Fail RP.
General Rules
1.You must act as your chosen PED animal would realistically behave. Domesticated animals will be more willing to be around humans, while wild animals will be afraid of almost all humans.
2.No talking like an animal. Animals do not talk. You can mute your mic in TeamSpeak to avoid accidental talking.
3.Animals do not understand complex language and cannot read. Domesticated animals will understand simple commands such as sit, stay, and follow. Wild animals will understand even less.
4.Animal PEDs currently have unlimited stamina due to script limitations. You must RP some form of exhaustion; not doing so is powergaming.
5.Do not use "human" food or drink, or use any of the usual player emotes. This includes putting your hands up with "X". Keep the use of /scenetop and /scenebottom simple (e.g., "Red Collar").
6.Rabies and other animal diseases require consent.
PED Combat Rules
1.You cannot attack unprovoked; that is still considered RDM. Ensure that there is adequate RP beforehand — a dog would growl and bark, a cat would hiss and puff its tail.
2.If cornered/threatened, you may attack ONCE and then retreat. You cannot attack again for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Additional Law Dog Rules
1.Only one Lawdog can be involved in a scene.
2.A Lawdog and its handler count as ONE unit in terms of the 6-man limit.
3.Lawdogs and handlers must adhere to the Lawdog SOPs.
The Camping Authority will remove non-compliant camps or builds without warning. No refunds or reimbursement for lost items. It is YOUR responsibility to follow these guidelines. Camps and Storages will be removed if left unused/inactive for 3 Weeks.
1. General Camp & Build Rules
Camps should consist of: Tents (maximum of 4 per camp), basic camp-appropriate furniture (cots, campfire, chairs/benches, crates/storages), and one small foundation (if necessary for flat ground, not more than 1ft off the ground if absolutely necessary).
One camp per person.
Camp, business and house claims have built-in build limits.
Placing a Camp or Storage in or around Mining Locations (Public or Hidden) will be removed without warning!
2. Storage & Lighting Limits
Do not place more than 5 light-emitting objects per area or across the map.
There are no limits on storage containers — just follow max build limits.
3. Placement & Space Rules
Do not block access to pathways, roads, towns, camps, tents, entrances, exits, or any public or private area.
Don't camp directly next to roads or private property.
Trespass signs are for private property only and cannot be used to claim a campground.
Beams can only support the underside of a foundation, NOT be placed above it.
4. Restricted & Prohibited Build Areas
DO NOT camp or build in Wildlife Preserves, Historic Sites, or Legendary Hunt Areas.
DO NOT place electric lights in areas where there would be no electricity.
Historic Sites = Ruins, burned-down buildings, pre-placed game camps, stone walls, or unique landmarks like the Giant Tree north of Blackwater or the tiny church in Lemoyne.
1.You must use a realistic-looking appearance.
2.Characters with highly exaggerated or unrealistic facial or body proportions that could be perceived as trolling are not allowed. If you wish to create a character with unique or unconventional features, you must submit a ticket for approval beforehand.
3.Do not add scars in the makeup menu unless you actually RPd the injuries and events.
4.You may start with a scar in character creation, but don't make changes after the initial scar unless they actually happened through RP.
5.Do not change your hair and appearance drastically more than once per 24-hour period.
This command is to enhance scenes or provide RP to people who come into a location where something may have happened they cannot visually see. Please use it responsibly so we don't have to remove it.
Do not advertise with /scene — use notes and custom flyers for that!
Do not use bright, flashy text colors or background colors.
Keep the word count as low as possible!
